Our office is located over at B-27 in Karampura. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and we’ve been at this address for a good bit of time. If you know the area, 110015 is the pin code. We mostly spend our days dealing with files and talking to people about their plans. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and filling out forms, to be honest. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days it’s a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just work here. People come in with questions about their paperwork or they need to update some details on their account. We try to keep things moving so no one is waiting too long in the lobby. The furniture is a little old but it does the job. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local traffic can be a pain. If you’re coming by, it’s best to avoid the peak hours. We don’t have any big corporate slogans posted on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our work and try to keep things organized for the folks who walk through the door. Dealing with insurance stuff can be dry, but it’s what we do every day. We’re just regular people working in Karampura, trying to stay on top of all the documents. It isn't a glamorous life, but we like the routine of being here.
