We are located at H.No. B-47 and 48 in Ramgarh, which is part of Jahangirpuri. This isn’t one of those massive bank buildings you find downtown. It’s a local branch right in the neighborhood. Every day we see the same faces coming in to deposit money or check their savings accounts. It’s a small space, and it can get really crowded on Mondays or at the start of the month. We have a few counters and some chairs for people who are waiting. Our staff lives nearby too, so we know the local shops and the people who run them. It’s a lot of manual entry and counting out cash. Sometimes the AC struggles in the summer heat of Delhi 110033, but we make do. We don’t have any polished corporate speeches or complex terms here. We just help you with your passbook or explain how a loan works in plain English. The street outside is always busy with local life and noise. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We keep our files organized in old metal cabinets. It’s an honest, everyday kind of place. We don’t use fancy marketing talk. We just open the doors in the morning and do our best to help whoever walks in. It’s basic banking for real people in a real part of town. We close up once the accounts are balanced for the day and the shutters go down.
