We are located at Wz-898 in Naraina Village. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi, and we’ve been here serving the local community for a while. People come in all day for their regular banking needs, whether it’s checking on an account or asking about a paper they received. We aren't like those giant glass buildings you see in the city center. This branch is more about the people who live and work right here in Naraina. The space is often full of neighbors chatting while they wait. We just try to get the work done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the queues get long, and the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we keep the doors open and the counters moving. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing slogans on our walls. We just have our desks and our computers. Our staff knows a lot of the customers by name because they come in every week. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle the money and the paperwork so people can get on with their day. It’s just a normal part of life in the village. We keep things simple and honest, just working through the daily tasks. The street outside is usually packed with rickshaws and delivery bikes, but we stay focused on whatever person is standing right in front of us.
