We’ve been here at House No 52 in Malviya Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Block 4, and honestly, there is always something going on outside our doors. People stop by all the time, mostly neighbors who live right around the corner or folks heading to the market. In the afternoons, this part of New Delhi stays crowded. Our space isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We deal with people's accounts and money stuff every single day. Some days are slower than others, though usually, it's just a steady stream of folks needing to get things sorted. Once you get into the lane, the building is pretty easy to find. It’s mostly just us doing our work and helping out whoever walks in. Because we see the same faces quite often, we’ve started to know people by name. The weather gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we manage. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and looks a bit messy, but that's just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or high-end. This is just a bank branch in a residential neighborhood where people come when they need to check on their savings. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Malviya Nagar. It is a plain, functional place for the locals.
