We are located on the second floor of C-159 in East Kailash. It’s right near C Block Ket, so it's not too hard to find if you know the area. We handle money stuff. People come in to deposit cash, talk about their accounts, or ask about loans. It’s a bank branch, so there’s a lot of paperwork involved every single day. Computers sometimes go slow, and that makes the line longer, which we hate as much as the customers do. The office space is okay, nothing special, just desks and some chairs for people waiting. Being on the second floor means people have to walk up or use the lift, which sometimes acts up. New Delhi-65 is a busy part of town, so there is always traffic outside. We see the same faces every week, mostly local business owners and families living nearby. We aren't here to give you a big speech about finance. We just help you get your banking done so you can go about your day. Some days we stay late to finish up the ledger or sort out issues with the accounts. It’s just work. We keep the pens chained to the desks because they always go missing. It’s a normal office vibe. If you need to fix something with your bank card or just put some money away, that’s what we’re here for in this corner of East Kailash. It's just a regular local bank branch.
