We've been here in Pocket L for a while now. Most people around Sarita Vihar know where we are, right near the local shops. It gets busy in the mornings, especially when the shutters first go up. We handle a lot of paperwork and people coming in to check on their accounts or sort out stuff with their cards. It's not always quiet, but that's just how it is in this part of Delhi. Some days the lines are long, and other days you can just walk right in. We’re just a bunch of people working behind the desks trying to get through the daily pile of forms. The office is tucked away in 235, and we see the same faces from the neighborhood all the time. It’s nice seeing folks grow up or buy their first cars through us. We don't do anything fancy, just the usual money stuff you'd expect from a bank on your street. If you live around the 110044 zip code, you probably pass by us when you’re out getting groceries or heading to the metro. Sometimes the AC is a bit too cold, but it beats the heat outside in the summer. We just keep things moving, one transaction at a time, making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. It's honest work, and we’re glad to be part of the local community here in the south part of the city. We don't have any big speeches to give about it.
