Hdb Financial Services

Our branch is located in Pocket-A of Mayur Vihar Phase 2. The address is 15-B, which is easy to spot if you are walking from the main road. Mayur Vihar is a busy place, but our pocket is a bit quieter. We handle financial services for Hdb, but the office itself feels very local. We have people from the neighborhood coming in all day to talk about their accounts or ask about loans. It’s not like those big banks in the city center where you have to wait in long lines. Here, we know many of the faces. We have a few desks, a row of chairs for people to wait, and some water in the corner. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because Delhi summers are tough. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once, especially on Monday mornings. We just try to get through the files as quickly as we can. After work, we usually walk over to the local market to grab some snacks. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest office in Delhi. We just want to make sure everyone who walks through the door gets what they need without a headache.
