Our HCL office is over at 11/753 in Vasundhara, which is a busy part of Ghaziabad in U.P. It is not one of those massive campuses you see in the news, but a more local branch where we handle the day-to-day tech stuff. The building is pretty standard for the area, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with their headphones on. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We mostly just focus on the code or the support tickets that come our way. The power goes out occasionally, like it does in Ghaziabad, but we have the backup generators to keep us going. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the neighborhood has some great street food for lunch breaks. We don't spend money on expensive office decor. We’d rather just have a reliable internet connection and a decent chair. It’s a practical place to work, and we like the fact that it feels more grounded than the bigger tech hubs. We get through our tasks, share a few jokes by the water cooler, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple, honest work environment where we don't feel the need to pretend to be anything more than a hard-working team in Vasundhara. We just do the work and try to stay productive.
