We are located in Ganesh Nagar 2, specifically at B-25/598 in Gali Number 2. It’s a typical narrow street where everyone knows everyone else. Our branch of Hcl operates from this spot, and it’s a pretty busy little office. We don’t have a massive glass building like the ones you see in the tech parks. Instead, we’re tucked away in the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent on computers or dealing with technical stuff that people bring to us. It can get a bit loud outside with the street vendors and bikes passing by, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office itself is functional and a bit crowded with equipment sometimes. We don’t really use fancy language to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs help with a system, we look into it. We’ve been here in Ganesh Nagar for a while, and it feels like home. The staff usually grabs lunch from the stalls nearby. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity that’s out of touch. We are just regular people working in a local street, helping out with whatever technical needs come our way. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things are here. We keep it simple and just do our work every day without much fuss or bother. It's a small place but we keep at it.
