You can find us on the ground floor of Parmarth Apartments, specifically at number 86 in D-Block. It’s right in the middle of Vikaspuri. Having an office in an apartment complex is actually pretty handy. It feels less like a cold office and more like a part of the neighborhood. We handle various technical support and service issues from this location. It’s a busy little ground-floor space where people are always coming in with questions or things that need fixing. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with the company for years and some new faces. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit cluttered with equipment and papers. Vikaspuri is a lively area of New Delhi, and being here puts us right where people need us. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available at their desk. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on laptops. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a project, but we don’t mind. It’s just part of the job. We like the fact that we can just step out and be right in the middle of the local market. It’s a good, honest place to work. It’s not fancy, but we get things done and that’s what counts at the end of the day.
