Hcl Technologies

We are located at 137 Rani Garden, which sits right on the edge between Delhi and Haryana. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a technology company like Hcl, as it is tucked into a neighborhood that feels very local and lived-in. The building is a standard multi-story setup where we have our servers and workstations. Most of us arrive early to beat the traffic coming in from the main parts of Delhi. The office inside is functional, with lots of cables, whiteboards for notes, and rows of desks where the coding and support work happens. We do not have a giant cafeteria or anything, just a small area to heat up our tiffins and have a quick chat. Outside, Rani Garden is a mix of small shops and houses, so it does not feel like those sterile tech parks you see in Noida or other parts of Gurgaon. You can see kids playing in the street or people heading to the market while we are sitting here debugging software or talking to clients. The walls are a plain off-white, and we have a few plants near the windows that someone remembers to water once in a while. It is a quiet place to work for the most part, away from the main noise of the city. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure everything runs smoothly.
