Our office is located in Rajat Vihar, which is in Sector 62 of Noida. It is a big building in B-Block, specifically B9C. This is where we handle BPO services, which means a lot of us are sitting at desks with headsets on for most of the day. The building is quite a standard office block for this part of Noida. We have people working at all different hours because the work doesn't really stop. You’ll see staff coming in for the morning shift while others are just finishing up their night shift. It is a busy place with a lot of energy, but it can also be quite repetitive. We talk to people on the phone and help them solve whatever issues they are having with their services or products. The break room is usually where everyone gathers to have tea and a bit of a chat before heading back to their computers. Outside, Sector 62 is full of other offices and people rushing around. We don’t really do any fancy marketing from this office; we just focus on the tasks we are given each day. It’s a lot of typing, talking, and looking at screens. We’ve been here in Rajat Vihar for a while now and it’s just part of the local landscape in this section of the city. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes.
