Hcl - Bpo

Our spot is at 22/21 A in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of shops and offices, and it stays busy late into the night. Hcl - Bpo is one of those places that never really sleeps. We have people here at all hours, wearing headsets and talking to folks from all over. The office is full of rows of desks and those rolling chairs that always seem to have one bad wheel. It’s a bit loud inside because of all the talking, but we’re used to it. The 110015 area has a lot of good places to eat, so the night shift usually has a favorite spot for midnight snacks. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or big mission statements hanging up. It’s just a practical workspace with a lot of computers and cables running everywhere. Sometimes the internet slows down and everyone gets a bit frustrated, but we just wait it out. It’s a steady job for a lot of people in the neighborhood. We focus on the calls and the data entry, making sure the numbers look right before we head home. The metro station isn’t too far, which helps a lot of the staff get here on time. It’s a plain, functional office where we just do our daily tasks. We don't worry about being flashy, we just do the work.
