Hcl Bpo

Hcl Bpo is located over on the first floor of B-138 in Lajpat Nagar I. It’s a decent area in New Delhi-24, usually pretty lively with people shopping or heading to work. Our office isn't massive, but it’s where we get everything done. We spend most of our shift sitting at desks with headsets on, talking to people and typing away. It gets quite loud sometimes when everyone is on a call at once. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important thing in the whole place. We have a mix of younger staff and some folks who have been here since the start. It’s a regular job, you know? We come in, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to keep the queues down. Lajpat Nagar is a good place to be because there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack during a break. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you're carrying a lot of stuff. We don't really do much besides the work itself. There aren't any fancy slogans on the walls or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and people trying to do their jobs well enough to get through the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get things sorted out eventually. That's the way it goes here. It might not be the most exciting place, but it's where we spend our time and get things finished.
