Our office is at 1080 in Sector-3, right in the heart of R.K. Puram. It’s a well-known spot in New Delhi and we’ve been operating from here for quite a while. Being a BPO means there is always something going on, no matter what time it is. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a standard workplace where people are constantly on their headsets or typing away. We have rows of desks and a small break room where the tea is usually too sweet. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to the hum of the computers after a few days. We handle a lot of different tasks for people, mostly just keeping things moving in the background. It’s hard work and the shifts can be long. Sometimes the Delhi traffic makes getting here a bit of a nightmare, so we’re usually a bit tired when we walk in. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of work to do and we try to get it done right. It’s a practical environment. We deal with data, customer questions, and a lot of technical stuff. 110022 is our pin code and we are just another part of the local landscape. We aren't looking to impress anyone, just doing the job we were hired for.
