We are located on the first floor at 5A/70, Street No.3 in Sat Nagar. This is right in the heart of Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here. Our company is Hb Estate Developers Ltd. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in a few spots. Once you get inside, it’s just a regular office space. We have some large tables where we spread out papers and blueprints. There’s always a hum of activity, mostly from the traffic outside on the street. Sat Nagar is a tight-knit area. We see the same faces every day when we go out for lunch or to grab a tea. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly just shelves full of folders and a few computers that have seen better days. We don’t have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very informal way of doing things. We’ve been in this building for quite a while, so we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the place, like the way the door sticks in the monsoon. It’s just where we come to work every morning. We don't put on any acts. We just handle the business at hand from our spot in Karol Bagh. That is our daily routine.
