Our local office is tucked away in Galli Number 2 in the Sitapuri area. The address is Rz-5, and we are right here in the New Delhi-45 district. It’s a busy little office because people are always coming in to talk about their cable or internet connections. We work under the Hathway Cable & Data Com Pvt Tld name, but here on the ground, it’s just a few of us trying to keep the lines running. The office is a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of wires and routers on the shelves. Sometimes the floor is covered in cable clippings after a busy morning. We have a small counter where people can pay their bills or ask questions. The street outside is narrow, so we have to be careful when we park the service bikes. It gets very dusty in the summer, and the fans have to work overtime to keep us from sweating too much. We aren't a big fancy corporate headquarters; we are the local branch that actually goes out into the lanes to fix things. We know which poles have the loose connections and which houses have tricky wiring. It’s a lot of physical work, climbing ladders and pulling cables through tight spots. We just try to get to everyone as fast as we can. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it so people can watch their shows at night.
