Hash Restro & Bar

Hash Restro & Bar is located in Block-I at House Number 96 in the Palika Enclave. This is part of the N.D.M.C. Flats in Moti Bagh-I, New Delhi. It is a bit of a specific location, tucked away among the residential blocks. We are not like those big flashy bars you see in the shopping malls. Our place is more of a local hangout where people from around Moti Bagh can come to grab a drink or a bite to eat. The interior is simple, with some tables and chairs that have seen better days, and a bar that stays pretty busy on the weekends. We do not have a massive menu with hundreds of items; we just serve what we know people like. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit slow when we are full, but we do our best to get the food out to the tables. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby. We spend our shifts pouring drinks, cleaning up spills, and chatting with the regulars who come in after work. It is not a corporate-run establishment with strict scripts for the waiters. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. It is a bit noisy, a bit crowded sometimes, and maybe the lighting is not perfect, but it is a real place. We just try to keep the beer cold and the food hot every day we are open.
