Hash Restobar

Hash Restobar is at 1359, Huda-2 in Panipat. It’s the kind of place where things start off quiet in the afternoon and then get pretty loud once the sun goes down. We spend most of our mornings cleaning up from the night before and getting the kitchen ready for the next shift. The floors need mopping, the tables need wiping, and the bar has to be stocked up again. We don’t have any fancy waiters in suits here; it’s just us in our regular clothes trying to make sure people get their food and drinks on time. The menu is simple and we try to keep the food tasting like something you’d actually want to eat more than once. Sometimes the kitchen gets backed up when a big group comes in all at once, and we have to run around a bit more, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We have a few regulars who come in and sit at the same table every time, which is nice because we already know what they want before they even ask. Panipat can be a busy town, and Huda-2 has its own vibe, so we fit right in with the local crowd. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a spot for people to hang out, have a drink, and forget about work for a couple of hours. It’s honest work and we like seeing people leave happy.
