Harsh Communication is located at RZ-750 in Gali No-13 of Tughlakabad Extension. Our street is one of those busy, narrow ones where you have to move to the side to let a scooter pass. The shop itself is small, with just enough room for a couple of people to stand inside at once. We’ve got a glass counter filled with different types of cables and those small plastic containers for SIM cards. The paint on the door frame is peeling a bit, but we don't mind it much. We spend our days doing mobile recharges and helping neighbors who are struggling with their new smartphones. It’s a lot of explaining how to use apps or how to fix a setting that got messed up. We don't have a big sign outside, just a hand-painted one that has been there for years. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come in just to cool off under the fan for a minute. It’s a very informal place. We don't have set uniforms or anything like that. I usually wear whatever is comfortable for sitting in a shop all day. We know the lady who sells vegetables across the street and the guy who fixes shoes a few doors down. It’s a tight community and we are just happy to have our little corner in it. We stay open until the street lights come on and everyone starts heading home for dinner. It is a simple life but it keeps us connected to everyone around Gali number thirteen.
