We've been over here on Street No-9 in Shiv Puri for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, right near the Haryana border. People usually come in when they need help with tickets or figuring out where they're going on their next trip. We spend a lot of time on the phones and computers just checking prices and schedules for folks. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, dealing with paperwork and trying to make sure the dates line up right. Dealing with travel stuff can be a bit of a headache with all the changes these days, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets crowded when a few people show up at once wanting to talk about their plans. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long out in the heat. It’s a lot of back and forth with airlines and other offices. Most of the people who come by are from around the neighborhood or have heard about us from their cousins. We just handle the bookings and the documents that go with them. It’s what we do every day from morning until we close up. Nothing too complicated, just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We have our regulars who come by just to chat before they actually buy anything. The tea stall nearby keeps us going through the long afternoons when the internet gets slow.
