Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd.

This is the office for Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. and we are located at Rzp-333 in Rajnagar Extension. This is part of Palam Colony in New Delhi. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but we are tucked away here in the 110045 area. We spend our days managing things for the eating places we look after. There is always something going on like a delivery that didn't show up or a machine that stopped working in one of the kitchens. It is mostly just us sitting around a table with a few laptops and lots of notebooks. The office is pretty basic and we don't spend much money on making it look pretty. We care more about making sure the food is good and the staff at the restaurants are doing okay. It can be stressful when it is lunch or dinner time but that is just how the restaurant business is. We have a lot of charts on the wall to keep track of everything. Sometimes we stay late because there is a lot of paperwork to catch up on after the shops close. Rajnagar Extension is growing fast so there is always noise from construction nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is not glamorous but it keeps us busy and the restaurants running. We have been here for a long time now and we know the area well.
