Handling Customer Care Calls

Handling Customer Care Calls is what we do at U189/C, located on the 1st Floor of Street No.4 in Shakarpur, New Delhi. If you know Shakarpur, you know it is one of the most crowded and lively parts of the city. Our office is up a narrow flight of stairs that can be a bit steep if you are carrying bags. Once you get to the first floor, it is a small suite of rooms filled with the sound of voices. Since we handle customer care, someone is always talking. The street below is incredibly noisy with the sound of horns and people shouting, but we have put up some thick curtains to try and dull the sound a bit. It is a very basic setup—headsets, computers, and a lot of water bottles to keep our throats from getting dry. We do not have any fancy decor or a lounge area. There is just a small corner with a microwave and a teapot. Working in Street No.4 means we are right in the thick of things, and there is never a dull moment. The building is old and the tiles on the floor are a bit chipped, but it is a solid place to work. We help people with their problems all day long, and even though it can be tiring, we just keep at it. It is honest, busy work in the heart of Delhi, and we are okay with that.
