Handle Restaurants

We’ve been running things here at C-465 in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and we stay pretty occupied with the day-to-day work of keeping the kitchen moving and the tables cleared. Most people around here just know us as Handle Restaurants. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to be a five-star place that no one can afford. It's just us and a small crew making sure food gets out on time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s a bit quieter, but that’s just how it goes in this neighborhood. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries and fixing the chairs when they get wobbly. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we do. If you walk past the Delhi 110062 area, you’ll probably see us through the window or hear the dishes clattering. We don't have a big office or anything, just this spot on the ground floor. We try to keep things simple because that works better for everyone involved. It’s nice to have regular faces coming in and knowing what they like without having to ask every single time. It's just a regular business run by regular people who live nearby. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing big speeches, we just focus on the work right in front of us.
