Hamalayan Summits

We are tucked away on the third floor of House No. 82 in Humayanpur. It’s part of the Safdarjung Enclave area, which is always full of life. Up here, we spend our time planning trips and looking at mountain maps. It’s not a big corporate space. In fact, it’s more like a lived-in office with gear lying around and posters of peaks on the walls. We get a lot of people who are looking to get away from the city heat. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit long after a tiring day, but we like it up here. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking weather reports and talking to guides. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with trekking boots in the corner or backpacks that need checking. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find us at our desks. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the best routes. It’s a simple life, really. We focus on the details of the trips so things don't go wrong later. Humayanpur is a great place to be because of all the different people walking around. We’ve been here for a bit and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. It’s just our little hub for all things mountain-related. We spend our days answering emails and thinking about the next climb. It’s a decent way to earn a living in the city and keep busy.
