Our office is located at G-30, Plot Number 248 in Sector 3, Rohini. This is where the team for Habitat World and Old World Hospitality handles the daily grind. Rohini is a big area, and being in Sector 3 puts us right in the middle of a lot of local activity. We aren't the big center you see in South Delhi; this is our specific spot for managing things. The office isn't very large, but it fits us just fine for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on computers and dealing with vendors who come by to drop off invoices or talk about food supplies. There is always someone coming or going. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars during the peak hours, but we have managed to make this space work for us. It’s a practical setup. I usually get in early to beat the traffic and start going through the schedules for the week. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s not about being fancy here; it’s about getting the work done so the hospitality side of things runs without too many hiccups. We deal with everything from catering details to maintenance logs for our various projects. It is a lot of coordination, but we like being based in Rohini. It feels more like a real neighborhood than a corporate park. We just keep our heads down and work.
