You can find Habitat World, India Habitat Centre Delhi at 31-B on the second floor. Our address is on Reids Line, which is over by the University of Delhi. It’s a busy area with a lot of students and teachers walking around all the time. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but it also means we are climbing stairs throughout the day. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some shelves for files, and a small space for people to sit if they come to visit. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us here on Reids Line. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we like the atmosphere of the university area. It’s not a very fancy place. The walls could probably use some work and the furniture is nothing special. We don't use any complicated marketing language. We just do our daily work and try to stay organized. Sometimes the noise from the campus events can be a bit loud, but it keeps things interesting. It’s a very straightforward place to work. No one wears suits here unless they really have to. We just focus on the tasks at hand and get through the day. It’s an honest, simple way to run things.
