Gym, GK, II is at 116B DDA MIG Flats Shivam, Jhilmil, New Delhi. We are located right in the residential flats of Jhilmil. It’s a local gym for the people living in the Shivam apartments and the surrounding DDA colony. We have the usual weights, some treadmills, and a few benches for training. The space isn’t huge because it’s part of the housing complex, but it works for the neighborhood. People come in early in the morning before work or in the evening when they get back. You can hear the sound of the plates clanking and the fans whirring all day long. It’s a simple place with no fancy juice bars or high-end gadgets. We just have the basics for people to stay fit. The walls have some mirrors, and we keep the windows open for air when it’s not too dusty outside. We spend our time helping folks with their exercises and making sure the equipment stays in one piece. It’s a friendly vibe because everyone knows each other from the flats. We don't do big marketing campaigns; people just see the sign or hear about it from their neighbors. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but nobody seems to mind much. We just keep the place clean and make sure the weights are put back in their racks at the end of the day. It is a good way to stay active without going far from home.
