Guru Regency

Guru Regency is located at 8 Thilagar Street, which is just off Sri Devi Street in Kamaraj Nagar. We are in the Avadi area of Chennai, 60 00 71. It’s a local neighborhood, and our building is pretty easy to spot once you get onto Thilagar Street. We’ve been here for a while. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular building where we handle our daily business and keep things running. The street can be a bit narrow, so if you’re driving, you have to be careful with the bikes and people walking by. We don’t have a marketing team. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We spend a lot of our time making sure the place is ready for whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple life here in Avadi. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and the people who live in the houses around us. We try to keep things quiet and orderly. Our address is easy to remember since we are right there on number 8. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Chennai, just a place for people who need to stay in the area. We show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. It’s just how we do things in this part of town. There is always something to do around here, whether it is paperwork or talking to someone about their stay. We just keep at it.
