You can find us at 25/1490 in the Naiwala area of Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed these streets get. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We deal with various parts and supplies from this small office space. There are papers everywhere and sometimes it takes a minute to find the right invoice. It’s a family-run thing and we’ve been in this building for years. The stairs leading up are a bit narrow and steep. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to mechanics who come by looking for specific items. It’s not a quiet place at all, there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. We keep the shutters half-down when the sun is too direct in the afternoon. It gets dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us doing the daily work. It’s a very local way of doing business, mostly based on people we’ve known for a long time. We don't have a showroom, it’s more of a distribution point for the stuff we handle. Just a normal day here, trying to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss.
