Gupta Travels

Our office is down at S-92 in Street Number 1, right in the middle of Shakar Pur. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a bit of a squeeze with all the narrow lanes and the constant flow of people. Gupta Travels has been tucked away here for a good while now. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass front and a fancy receptionist. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks with the fan humming overhead. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with folks who walk in or answering the phone that never seems to stop ringing. The street outside is always noisy with the sound of rickshaws and vendors, but you sort of stop hearing it after a few months. We don’t have any big speeches about where we’re going or what we’re trying to achieve. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. Sometimes the tea we order from the shop next door is too sweet, but it keeps us going through the afternoon. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. No one is wearing a suit here, just regular clothes because it gets way too hot for anything else. We know the local guys and they know us, which makes the days go by a bit easier. It is just a normal business in a very busy neighborhood.
