We've been here in Janakpuri for a good while now, up on the second floor of BF-33. It’s a busy spot in Delhi 58, and most days we are just sitting at our desks trying to get things sorted for folks who want to go somewhere else. We handle a lot of the usual travel stuff you’d expect from an office like this. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside on the main road. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a regular office with desks and computers and way too much paper everywhere. People come in looking for help with trips or just to ask about prices for flights and trains. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with them. If you know this area, you know how it gets around here during rush hour, so we are used to the noise. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and booking systems on our screens. It's just a job for us, really, but we've been doing it long enough that we know the routine well. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we’re like a small family. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping people get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It gets a bit cluttered in here with all the folders, but we know where everything is kept.
