Gulf Air

We are based at 110 Devdoot Appt in D Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018. It’s an apartment complex, which makes for a bit of a different work environment than a standard office building. We run the Gulf Air operations from here. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the intercom and people coming in and out of the building. We’ve got our office set up in one of the apartments on the D Block side. It’s a decent space with enough room for our computers and the records we have to keep. Vikaspuri is a well-known area, so it’s easy for us to explain where we are to people. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the door. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local market nearby. It’s a very human way to work, without all the coldness of a glass-and-steel office. We know the security guards at the gate and the people who live in the other flats. It feels like a community. We just focus on the daily tasks, answering emails and filing papers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our work and we do it from this spot every single day.
