Gulf Air

This office is run by Vikrant Mishra and the rest of us over at Lane No D12 on Dhanmill Road. We’re up in Chatterpur Hills, New Delhi-110074. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the air feels a little different than the city center. Dhanmill Road has its own vibe. Our office is more like a workshop or a small studio than a corporate airline branch. We handle the local side of Gulf Air things. There’s usually some music playing in the background while we work. We don't have a dress code, so you'll see us in jeans and t-shirts mostly. It’s a practical space. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with people’s travel plans and all the little details that go into that. Sometimes we stay late when there are delays or things to fix. We don't have a big marketing team, so we just write things down as they come to us. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We know the other people working in the nearby lanes. It’s a bit of a community here in Chatterpur. We aren't using polished language because we’re just regular people doing a job. We make sure the paperwork is right and the customers get their answers. It's a simple life on Dhanmill Road, keeping things moving for the airline. We just take it one day at a time here.
