Gulati Restaurant Pandara Road

We are actually based over in Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh, which is in the B-82 building. Even though the name mentions Pandara Road, this is where we do a lot of our back-end things. New Delhi 110034 is the area. It is a busy residential and commercial mix here. Our spot in Rani Bagh is nothing fancy. We have a few tables pushed together and some old computers. It is where the planning happens. The street outside is always full of people and scooters zipping by. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk over tea and decide what needs to happen next for Gulati Restaurant. The walls have some old photos and some notes scribbled on them. It is a real place where real work happens. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes it tough, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. We just care about getting the job done. It is a simple, honest setup. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always busy in B-82. We keep things moving and don't spend much time worrying about how it looks to outsiders. It is just our way of keeping the business running smoothly from this little corner of the city.
