Gulati Restaurant New Delhi

We are over here at House No. 113' B in Room No. 11, which is way up on the 4th floor. If you know Munirka Village in New Delhi, you know how these narrow lanes can be. It’s always a bit busy around here. We spend most of our day in this room getting things ready. The address says 110067 but sometimes the mail still gets lost because the building numbers are confusing. Being on the fourth floor means we see a lot of rooftops. It isn't a fancy place with big signs, just a regular spot where we do our work every day. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. The village area has its own rhythm, usually starting early and staying noisy until late at night. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, or the electricity flickers, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It's mostly just the kitchen space and us trying to keep things organized. If you're coming to find us, look for the staircase in the middle of the block. It’s a workout getting up there, especially when we are carrying supplies. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking done. It's a small operation, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders go out on time from this little room in Munirka.
