Guest Service Officer

We operate out of Rc-37 in Sarojani Nagar, which is a really lively and crowded part of New Delhi to be in. Our daily routine is mostly about handling guest inquiries and making sure people have what they need when they are traveling or staying in the area. It is a small office space, and honestly, it gets a little messy with all the logs and paper schedules we have to keep track of. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually way too busy to worry about things like that. Being in Sarojani Nagar means there is always something going on right outside our door. The noise from the market and the big crowds is just part of the background noise for us now. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big shiny lobby to show off. It is more of a functional room where we answer calls and talk to visitors who drop by. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, or the water cooler runs dry on a very hot day. We just deal with those things as they come. Most of us grew up around here or have been working in this part of the city for a long time. We know all the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a group of people trying to help out and keep things moving along.
