Gsa-Royal Jordanian Airlines

We are located in Dwarka Sector 4, inside the Chanakya Apartments at D-602. It’s a residential flat that we’ve converted into our office space for the airline's general sales agency work. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the sector, but we’re usually too busy with tickets and flight schedules to look out the window much. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit tight when we have all the files out on the table. We handle the bookings and the customer queries that come through the phones all day. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don’t wear suits unless there’s a specific reason to. Most days it’s just us in casual clothes, drinking chai and sorting out travel details for Royal Jordanian. Dwarka is a nice area, very planned out, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff who live nearby. The apartment complex is quiet, which helps when you’re trying to focus on complicated fare structures or flight changes. We’ve been here for a while, so the security guards at the gate know us well and don't ask for our ID every time. It’s not the kind of office you’d find in a glass tower, but it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and make sure the passengers get their seats and the paperwork is filed.
