Gs Sarvor Park Plaza

Our place, Gs Sarvor Park Plaza, is located at T-37-D in Budh Vihar. It’s Phase-Ii, specifically in Sharma Colony. If you haven't been to this part of New Delhi, the streets can be a bit narrow and tricky to navigate. We’ve been here for a good while. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very local and friendly. We have people staying with us who are usually visiting family or are here for work in the nearby areas. It’s not a massive hotel like you see in the movies. It’s more of a modest building where we try to keep things comfortable. We do a lot of the cleaning and maintenance ourselves. There’s always a lightbulb that needs changing or a floor that needs a good scrub. We don't have a fancy restaurant, but there are plenty of good food stalls just down the road. The staff is mostly local people who live nearby. We like it that way because everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a festival in the colony, but that’s just part of living in Budh Vihar. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people just walk in or call us up. We just try to be helpful when people show up at our door. It’s a simple life running a place like this. We are just a small part of Sharma Colony.
