Ground Staff

Our spot is known as Ground Staff, over in Tilak Nagar at 23/14-A. If you know New Delhi, you know this area stays pretty active throughout the day. We are basically a small group of people working out of a modest space. It’s not fancy or anything, just some tables and our equipment. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things and making sure everything is moving like it should. The air conditioner hums in the background, and there's usually some paper shuffling going on. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby. When you walk in, you’re pretty much right where the work happens. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at screens. We don't really have time for long meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at one of the stalls nearby. Tilak Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely become part of that over time. It’s a bit dusty outside sometimes, but inside we just focus on the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest operation out there, just trying to keep things steady and handle the daily grind without too much fuss. It's just a regular office for regular people like us.
