Ground Staff In Australian Airline

Our base is at B-14 Mohan Delux Appt Ex-2 in Shalimar Garden. It’s out in Shahibabd, Ghaziabad, so it’s a bit of a journey for some of the staff. We work on the ground side of things for the airline. That means a lot of logistics and talking to people about their flights. We aren't actually at the airport all the time; a lot of the planning and coordination happens right here in this apartment-style office. It feels a bit different than a traditional office building because it’s tucked into Shalimar Garden. It’s quieter than the main city, which is nice sometimes. We deal with schedules, passenger details, and making sure everything is lined up for the flights. It can be a bit stressful when there are delays or changes, but we just handle it one call at a time. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks and a couple of computers. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the local shops in Ghaziabad. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We’re just a group of people making sure the airline stuff runs smoothly from this side of the NCR. It’s a lot of phone work and data entry. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the task at hand and making sure the passengers get what they need.
