Groud Staff

Our place is over at E-37 in South Extension Part-1. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi, and we’ve been operating from this building for a while. We call ourselves Groud Staff. Mostly, we deal with the people who work behind the scenes at airports. It’s a lot of coordination and talking to candidates. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a few rooms where we conduct interviews and handle the paperwork. South Ex can be a crowded place, so we’ve learned to deal with the noise outside. We don’t use any big corporate language here. We’re just a small group of people trying to find the right workers for the jobs that need doing. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking references. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there are a lot of positions to fill. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at E-37 and get to work. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a start in the industry. We try to be straight with them about what the work involves. It’s a busy environment and we’re right in the middle of it. We like being in this part of town, even with the parking troubles. It’s just our daily routine, helping folks get into the workforce from our office here. It is just steady, everyday work.
