Griffin Marine Travels Pvt Ltd.

We are based out of House No.-310 in Pkt-1, over in Paschim Puri. It’s a quiet part of New Delhi where most people just go about their business and the streets are fairly narrow. Griffin Marine Travels Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation with a lobby; it’s just our workspace here in the neighborhood. We mostly deal with travel arrangements for people working on ships or in the marine industry, which is a bit different from normal holiday bookings. It’s specific work, and it keeps us quite busy with the phone ringing at odd hours because of the different time zones our clients are in. The room we use has a couple of desks and a big map on the wall that’s getting a bit yellow now. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us as the travel guys. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix a booking that got messed up by an airline change. It’s not fancy, just a lot of typing and checking passport details on a small screen. We usually have a pot of tea going in the kitchen nearby to keep us going. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to filing the taxes or answering the door. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep, so we tell people to be careful when they visit us. We don’t have a big neon sign outside, just a small plate with the name on it.
