Griffin Marine Travel,New Delhi

Our office is sitting at number 361 in the Delhi Administration Flats over in Nimri Colony. It’s part of the Ashok Vihar area, which is usually quite busy. We’ve been here for a good while now. It’s not your typical travel agency because we focus on marine travel. That means we spend our days helping sailors and ship crew get to where they need to be. It’s a lot of specialized work with seaman fares and tricky routes to port cities you’ve maybe never heard of. The office itself is pretty simple. We have desks piled with papers and some old chairs. It’s a flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. Sometimes the hallways are a bit dark and the stairs can be a climb. We drink a lot of tea while we’re on the phone with airlines. Ships don't always stick to a schedule, so our work is often about fixing things at the last minute when a vessel is delayed or a crew change happens early. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations. It’s just us doing the work. The neighborhood is okay, though parking is always a headache around here. We just try to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work.
