We are located over in Dwarka at Flat 735, right in Sector 17. Greenways Air & Travel Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this pocket for a good amount of time. It is a quiet spot in Pocket A where we handle all kinds of travel bookings. It isn't a shop on the main road, so people usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the flat number. Working out of a residential area makes it feel more relaxed than a busy downtown office. We spend most of our hours looking at screen after screen of flight prices and hotel availability. It gets busy, especially when schools are out and everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and what the cost is. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we are stuck on hold with an airline, but that is just how the job goes. It is a small team here. We know the streets of Dwarka well and most of our regular callers live just a few blocks away. We handle the bookings and the cancellations and all the little details that come up. It's practical work. We just stay focused on getting the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. Dealing with travel is mostly just staying organized and making sure the names match the passports exactly before we print anything.
