Our office is at 22/3 on Bhogal Road, right in the heart of Jungpora. It’s a pretty old building and the stairs can be a bit steep. We’re mostly busy with British Airways stuff since Greaves Travel(India)Pvt Ltd is a consolidator for them. The phones don’t really stop ringing during the day. People are always calling about flights or asking about their tickets to London. It gets a bit hectic with all the paperwork piled up on the desks. New Delhi 110014 is a busy area, and you can always hear the scooters and cars outside on the road. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The office isn’t much to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the booking systems. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to people on the phone. It’s just how it goes. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often see them when we step out for a break. The ceiling fans hum all day long. We don’t have fancy marketing people or anything like that. It’s just us sitting here handling travel plans and trying to get through the stack of emails. By five or six, we’re usually ready to pack up and deal with the Jungpora traffic ourselves to get home.
