Our office is located at 1778 Giane Bazar in the Kotla Mubarak Pur area of New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city and there is always noise from the street outside. We handle travel bookings for people who live around here or find us in the market. Most of our work is done on the computers or over the phone. We look for train tickets and flights for folks. The bazar is a crowded place, so our shop is quite small and tucked away. We have some desks and chairs where people can sit while we check the prices. It is not a shiny corporate office like you see in the big buildings. It is just a local spot in Delhi-110003. We spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork and schedules. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait, which can be frustrating. We know the other shop owners in Giane Bazar quite well. We have been here for a while and we just do our daily tasks. There are no big promises here, just us trying to get the tickets printed correctly. People come in with many questions about their trips. We do our best to find the answers. Every morning we open up the shutters and start the computers. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
