Greaves Travel Private Limited

Greaves Travel Private Limited is situated in Sunlight Colony-1, which is near Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. It is a decent area with a lot of trees and it’s generally quieter than the main city center. Our office is on a regular street and we have been here for quite some years now. Inside, it looks like a typical travel office. There are desks for the agents, some computers that are a bit slow, and plenty of notebooks for jotting down flight details. We spend most of our day talking to people about where they want to go and trying to find the best routes for them. It’s a lot of staring at screens and waiting for airline websites to load. We don't have any flashy posters or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to do the job. The people who work here are mostly local and we’ve all become good friends over time. We bring our own lunch boxes and usually eat together while talking about the news. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve used us before or their friends told them about us. It is just a straightforward, honest business. We help people with their travel, fix their booking errors, and then we go home like everyone else. It is a steady way to spend the week.
