Great Indian Restuarant Company

We are located on the 4th floor of the Sharma Tent House building in Masjid Moth. It’s right in South Extension-2, but you have to head upstairs to find us at number 328. It’s not a traditional walk-in restaurant with tables and waiters. We focus more on the food side of things from this office. The Great Indian Restuarant Company is our name, and we spend our time managing recipes and supplies. The kitchen gets hot and the hallways are often narrow, but that’s how it is in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just want the food to taste like it’s supposed to. Some days we are testing new spices, and other days we are just dealing with the delivery drivers. It’s a bit chaotic during the lunch rush. We have a small team that works hard to keep things moving. We don't have a lot of fancy signs outside. People usually find us because they know the building. The elevator works most of the time, which is a plus. We use simple ingredients and don't try to overcomplicate the menu. It’s about getting the basics right. We stay busy from morning until late at night. There’s always something to clean or a shipment to check. We’re just a local group trying to make a living in the food business. No corporate polish, just honest work and good meals.
