Gravity Restaurent

Gravity is our restaurant located at Pp-6 in the J-Extension of Laxmi Nagar. It’s a very busy part of Delhi-110092, and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been running this place for a while now, serving basic meals to whoever walks in. The dining area is simple with plain tables and chairs that we’ve had since we opened. We don’t go for any fancy decorations or lighting; it’s just a place to sit and eat. The kitchen is right there in the back, and it can get pretty loud and hot when we are busy. We have a small team of people who help with the cooking and the cleaning. Laxmi Nagar has a lot of students and office workers, so we see many of the same faces every day for lunch or dinner. The floor is made of tile and we have to mop it constantly because of all the dust from the street. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a big menu with hundreds of items, just the things we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the evening, but that’s just how it goes. People come here because they want a simple meal that doesn't cost a fortune. We just keep the lights on and the food ready for the next customer.
